ebixexp.com is an application service provided by Bicnet Infoservices P Ltd., a privately held company incorporated in 1995.

The principal investors are NOVASOFT SYSTEMS(60%) which has had interests in PC Manufacturing and Software Development since 1985 and Industrial Development Bank of India (40%) which has assets worth US$ 80 billion. Bicnet is considering options for issuing additional private equity to scale operations of ebizexp.com through owned eBusiness infrastructure in additon to franchised operations.
